 - constructor

Shaarli utilities (LinkDB dependencies)
 - move startsWith() and endsWith() functions to application/Utils.php
 - add test coverage

Dev utilities
 - Composer: add PHPUnit to dev dependencies
 - Makefile:
    - update lint targets
    - add test targets
    - generate coverage reports
