cleanup: use DateTime to format dates

Closes #270

Modifications:
- replace custom date parsing by DateTime calls
- use proper date formatting for RSS feeds

Deletions:
- linkdate2timestamp()
- linkdate2rfc822
- linkdate2iso8601
