* Upgrade.sh

Bash script for upgrading Instance

* add bash strict mode

* move to "scripts" folder and other fix

* Rename scirpts/upgrade.sh to scripts/upgrade.sh

* Fix SQL BACKUP path

* Fix symbolic link update
