This project uses bulma CSS, but this fact is not obvious without reading the code. This commit adds explicit pointers on how to use the `tagstyle` field.

Allow running Homer in a subdirectory

When running homer in a subpath the worker cannot be loaded (404) the same accounts for the images in the default configuration.
